On LCD Player:

1. Connect LCD to the WIFI router:Router setting:

Edit download.txt to USB,:

Copy download.txt to memory.

a) If SSID and password is correct, the LCD will start to connect to the WIFI router. Once connected, you can see the IP address from the network settings.

b) Make sure WIFI router is connected to internet so the LCD can access to the server on internet. c) If the SSID of your WIFI network is not broadcasted,display please check with your network administrator and make a manual set up on WIFI network.

On PC:

2. Arrange the files to the LCD player by accessing server through Internet Explorer from windows.

The management program is running on the following URL:) http://www.wirelesssignage.net/admin/

b) Open the above URL in Internet Explorer and you will see a login page.

c) Enter the username: operator and password: wifilcd to login the system.(Username and password may be different, please check the username and password provide to you together with your product.)

d) Click LCD-View LCD, you will see if the LCD is online. Identify the LCD by the MAC address if there are many units online. MAC address is printed on the back of the LCD.

e) Click File-File Upload to upload the content files you want to display on the LCD.

f) Click Playlist-create playlist to create a new playlist.

g) Click Group-add group, to add a new group, choose the created playlist for the new group. Select the user to be controller of this group. Option settings: Update interval is to set up how often the player will check updates from the server. LCD ON and LCD OFF is to set the time for the player to turn on or turn off the screen. The time zone setting is to set the local time of the player.

Hint: If the player will play some contents for a long time with few changes, it is better to set the single playlist to the group. Otherwise, you can set up a schedule to arrange a few playlists to be played according to the time changes.

h) Click LCD-view LCD, click Edit on the selected LCD, and change its group into the new group.

i) Now the content file will be downloaded to the LCD in a few minutes(default setting is 3 minutes) and the LCD will display the content immediately.

Hint: you can put a name for each LCD by click Edit of the LCD, so you do not need to identify the LCD by the MAC address.

j) You can arrange the schedule of one week’s media content. Define a few playlists at first and create a new schedule. In the schedule, define the time slot for each playlist to be added.
